On October 28, the Delaware River Basin Commission posted draft changes to its Water Code regulating wastewater from high volume hydraulic fracking oil and gas drilling operations. This language would include banning the road dumping of high volume fracking wastewater or products or co-products made from that wastewater. Read more here.
