New, Updated Carbon Majors Dataset Holds Promise for Researchers, Litigators

EPA Finalizes NPDES Permit for Oil and Gas Facilities in the GOM OCS

Operators already covered under the 2007 permit have until January 31, 2013 to file new Notices of Intent (“NOIs”) for continuous coverage.
