Choice-of-Law Provisions in Marine Insurance Contracts Upheld by the Supreme Court

In a much-anticipated decision, the United States Supreme Court held that choice-of-law provisions in marine insurance contracts are presumptively enforceable under federal maritime law with a few narrow exceptions.
