The US also works with electric vehicle manufacturers VinBus and VinFast, as well as Vietnam’s largest electric utility, to support the country’s goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. The US Agency for International Development works with Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturers, such as VinFast, to reduce emissions.
