My top 3 impressions up-front: The sea level projections for the year 2100 have been adjusted upwards again. The IPCC gives more consideration to the large long-term sea-level rise beyond the year 2100. In other words, the claim shows a lack of knowledge and is a well-known old argument that I commented on Realclimate.org in 2007. While temperatures provide a measure of the Earth’s climate, it is even better to use the global sea level , which provides a far more reliable measure. See for instance Benestad (2016).
