On April 25, the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee reported out two bills-- -- School Solar Energy Grants: House Bill 137 (Fiedler-D-Philadelphia) establishing a grant program to support solar energy installations in schools for rereferral to the House Consumer Protection, Technology & Utilities Committee.

To the extent practicable, EPA will group PFAS compounds to more efficiently evaluate their toxicity. To address gaps found, EPA will issue orders under Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 4 authorities to require PFAS manufacturers to conduct and fund studies evaluating toxicity of PFAS compounds.
