Minnesota Can Do More to Protect People from Ethylene Oxide Emissions

The state of Minnesota uses EPA’s ethylene oxide emissions standards, which haven’t been updated since 2006. We expect the draft rule to be published in the coming months, with a final rule expected in 2024. These standards no longer adequately protect the public.
