The EPA issued final guidance on January 19, 2021 concerning interpretation of certain aspects of its final Significant New Use Rule (SNUR) for Long-Chain Perfluoroalkyl Carboxylate and Perfluoroalkyl Sulfonate Chemical Substances (LCPFAC or long-chain PFAS).
