On December 25 the world lost one of the great champions of conservation and a long-time friend and associate of the Academy of Natural Sciences, Tom Lovejoy. Global Change Research Program (USCRP) and the authors of the Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5) are hosting a series of virtual public engagement workshops to inform the development of this federal climate report. The feedback received through this public comment period will be used by author teams as they develop their draft chapters.
