One Tiny Mollusk, One Big New Discovery

This new bivalve, called Trigonulina canaliculata , is a tiny clam that grows to 2–3 millimeters long as an adult, which is about the size of a grain of rice. The small, white grain at the tip of the marker is actually the mollusk!
