What is keeping us behind? The way the story goes, in the late 1800s and early 1900s, the streetcar era was in full bloom, run by private companies with an oligopoly on getting around. We got what we paid for—it wasn’t great. How did we get here? Why aren’t there more ways to get around my community? Now it’s time for a change.
