Environmental Protection Agency announced the selection of Dr. Kandis Boyd as the new Director of EPA's Chesapeake Bay Program. After receiving her degree, she began her career at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). On June 2, the U.S. Dr. Boyd will start her new role as Director on June 6.
