There are only 6 NAAQS - ozone, carbon monoxide, particulates, lead, sulfur dioxides, and nitrogen dioxides - but they dominate most air quality concerns ranging from smog to health effects, such as from particulates and lead. The biggest limitation by far is climate change, but that's beyond the scope of this talk.
