Sabin Center Files Amicus Brief in Support of New GHG Vehicle Emissions Standards

Following the 2007 landmark Supreme Court case Massachusetts v. 497 (2007), the Supreme Court reversed EPA’s denial. The ozone precursors and particulate matter that vehicles emit, in addition to GHGs, can contribute to a wide range of health problems, including childhood asthma, respiratory impairment, and cardiovascular disease.
