In addition to the UN report that said there was “no room” for new fossil fuel projects, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said a year ago that there should be “no investment in new fossil fuel supply projects.” That clearly includes natural gas—which oil and gas companies continue to tout as a “bridge” fuel from coal to renewable energy.
