AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE

Final rule pursuant to the Pork Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act and the Pork Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Order, this rulemaking decreases the current rate of assessment of 0.40 percent of the market value of live porcine animals to 0.35 percent and decreases the amount of assessment per pound due on imported pork and pork products. Fina rule establishing an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 5-sulfo-, sodium salt (1:1), polymer with 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 2,2′-oxybis[ethanol], when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation.
