This webinar, hosted by Tennessee Sustainable Spirits, will discuss how clean-in-place (CIP) practices can reduce operational costs associated with water consumption, chemical use and energy consumption related to equipment cleaning at distilleries. CIP are automated cleaning methods that do not require the dismantling of equipment. Tennessee Sustainable Spirits is a voluntary program administered by the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation’s Office of Policy and Sustainable Practices that provides technical assistance and recognition to businesses.
