On January 26, the PA Council of Trout Unlimited announced the Coldwater Heritage Partnership’s Coldwater Conservation Grant Program is now accepting applications. The deadline to apply is March 10. Proposals for planning grants up to $7,500 and implementation grants up to $15,000 will be accepted.
