UPDATED: On November 20 at 4:48 p.m., the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Equitrans Sunday stopped a natural gas leak at the Rager Mountain Gas Storage Area in Jackson Township, Cambria County that had been going on for 14 days. The Associated Press reported the well released an estimated 1.4 billion cubic feet of natural gas over those two weeks. A specialized company hired by Equitrans tried several times over the last few days to stop the escaping natural gas.
