Delaware Highlands Conservancy Holds 30th Anniversary Foods Of The Delaware Highlands Event May 4

Celebrate the 30th anniversary of the
Delaware Highlands Conservancy with an elegant evening of glamour and generosity at the Foods of the Delaware Highlands dinner on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Silver Birches in Hawley, Wayne County, PA.

Foods of the Delaware Highlands is the Conservancy’s primary benefit event in 2024 and tickets are available for purchase now on DelawareHighlands.org/events.

Guests will enjoy a four-course menu from Chef Ronald O’Rourke featuring seasonal ingredients from local farms.

A live auction and raffle cap the celebration during dessert. Event tickets are $185 per person, which includes a $80 charitable gift to the Conservancy.

Silent and live auctions will feature fun experiences, art, getaways, and more featuring the beauty and bounty of the Upper Delaware River region.

Auctions will include a guided float trip on the Delaware River with a homemade gourmet lunch, relaxing getaways at local lodgings, a full year of monthly floral arrangements from Gorgeous Floral, and season passes to Harmony Presents, among other exciting items.

At this special event, the Conservancy will recognize and celebrate the landowners who conserved their land in 2023: Victoria Kohler with “Sometimes Brook,” 49 acres in Sullivan County, NY, and the Norcross Wildlife Foundation and David Tolson with “Confluence Flats,” 63 acres at the confluence of the Delaware River in Wayne County, PA.
