The U.S. Department of Labor on Wednesday announced an interactive map for workers, unions and the public showing tens of thousands of jobs created across the U.S. through more than 1,000 planned clean energy projects.

The launch follows the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act, which offers incentives for clean energy projects to create high-quality and union jobs that pay prevailing wages and use registered apprenticeship programs, DOL officials said. The new map showcases clean energy projects that may be eligible for enhanced federal tax credits if they meet those requirements, officials added.
