The goal of this project is to help begin to identify areas with high quality habitats for migratory landbirds, threats to migratory birds, and opportunities for restoration within the Illinois Coastal Region. Additionally, we provide migratory habitat management recommendations to support the dedicated land managers working to improve habitat and support migratory bird conservation in the region.
The site includes maps, priority locations and species, management resources, and restoration success stories.
