Rhee Quoted in Anti-Corruption Report on Revised Corporate Enforcement Policy (PART 2)

White Collar Defense & Investigations partner Soo-Mi Rhee was quoted in the Anti-Corruption Report article "Corporate Enforcement Policy Revisions: Parsing the Policy for the Path to a Declination." This article, the second part of a series, looks further into revisions involving declination, self-reporting, and nondisclosure made to the Department of Justice's Corporate Enforcement Policy.

Rhee noted the differences between the previous and new policies regarding declinations, especially in aggravating circumstances. She also discussed how companies might react to the new 'immediate' self-disclosure requirement.
