January 31, 2022

Three Arnold & Porter partners were recently quoted in national outlets on the announced retirement of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.

Appellate & Supreme Court senior counsel Kirk Jenkins was quoted in a related Bloomberg Law discussing Biden’s potential choice to succeed Breyer, Leondra Kruger. Jenkins, who has previously argued before Kruger, notes her “cautious” approach to cases.
