In 2021, we showed the power of our people and dedicated the year to reconnecting with each other and our communities. With our return to the office, positiveNRG served as the motivation behind what we do, how we operate, and how we stay connected with one another.

Across the organization, our teams demonstrated their commitment to our common goal. Whether it be our IT team volunteering their expertise to veteran’s charity organization, Combined Arms, our employees compiling back-to-school kits for K-12 students in Texas, or our positiveNRG week initiatives supporting food security efforts, our employees worked together to make a positive impact.

Led by the pillars that define our program — choice and education, resilience and sustainability, community, and well-being — we targeted our giving and volunteer efforts towards the areas and causes where we could make a meaningful difference.

  • Over $9.6 million in donations

  • 780+ non-profit organizations supported

  • $310,000 in employee-matched donations

  • 6,300+ volunteer hours across 180 charities

  • $4.2 million in cash donations and $53.5 million towards in-kind relief and customer assistance for Winter Storm Uri recovery efforts
