ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

Proposed rule announcing EPA has received initial filings of pesticide petitions requesting the establishment or modification of regulations for residues of pesticide chemicals in or on various commodities. Info here.

NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION

Notice announcing a 90-day finding on a petition under the Endangered Species Act to list the tope shark (Galeorhinus galeus) as a threatened or endangered species and to designate critical habitat concurrent with the listing. NOAA found that the petition presents substantial scientific or commercial information indicating that the petitioned action may be warranted. Info here.
