We collected over 1,500 pounds from this beach, which was approximately 275 feet long. We found that, due to large ocean currents, Gasḵúu collects trash from all over the world. After one beach, we would have dozens of bags full of just plastic bottles, or just high-seas driftnet floats. The majority of the debris was recycled.
