Final rule establishing an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione, 3,6-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-2,5-dihydro- when used as an inert ingredient (dye, coloring agent) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops or to raw agricultural commodities after harvest.
